First class service. Hubby had to amend his policy and remove a vehicle due to its sale. However after having a stroke he struggles to speak on the phone. I ended up speaking to the customer service representative a Mr James Keen who couldn’t have been more helpful. James was knowledgeable and very patient with my husband and dealt with our query efficiently and effectively. Once we’d finished our conversation James rang me back some time later, having had some thought he suggested I be written onto the account to represent my husband to avoid us explaining the need for me to speak with themselves in the near future avoiding my husband further distress. I believe this was customer service at its very best. James is an asset to your company and we would definitely recommend you to family and friends.
