I’ve been a customer of Gladiator for many many years , fully comp van cover ,plus up to £2000 worth of tools cover , . One afternoon a low life thief broke into my van and stole most of my hand tools and drills ( which I rely on to earn a living) , I researched and priced (conservatively) I priced to replace my tools between £1600 and £1800 ............ Gladiator paid ....... £385.54 pence ........ feels like I’ve been robbed all over again !!! But legally this time ! Absolutely destroyed my faith in these companies being there to protect you when you need them . Whether all insurance companies are like this l don’t know , this is the first time I’ve needed them .
