Purchased via a comparison site and needed to make a few changes to achieve parity with my previous cover (which had become less competitive). I was pleased with the handling of a couple of queries when I telephoned customer services pre-sale. Standard excesses were lower than on my previous policy and the final premium was also cheaper. The offer of £50 cashback sealed the deal and this was received within the promised timescale.
