First claim with Halifax after being with them 20 years and first thing they do is haggle - poor item replacement option........offering a £650 replacement for something I paid £900 for only 2 years previous.
I'd always used Halifax even though they weren't the cheapest but thought be better being with a so called reputal Company.
Had to take the offer but immediately cancelled the insurance - Never Again
AVOID in my opinion.
