I tried to make a claim after my roof blew off in high winds.
Told I'm not covered as it wasn't windy enough. I telephoned to complain and to request investigation re claim as I'm taking it further. Told customer services would be in touch. 7 days later I telephoned again told would be 7 days again.
The service they are giving is atrocious. I will never insure with them again and I will be going to the press.
