If I could give your Home Insurance no stars I would
My burgulary claim was presented 3 months ago and due to extremely poor customer service ,errors and delays by their jewellery and electrical suppliers I am still no further forward.Halifaxs own claims handlers have also misinterpreted their own policy wording and breached laws.Avoid them at all costs.
