Dreadful experience - said I wasn’t covered, no proper communication... when by chance I called them to complain turned out I was covered.
Spent months battling with their contractor ‘Home Repair Network Ltd’ mostly, an unprofessional, unpleasant bunch of rude call handlers who try to wriggle out of settling fairly.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Shame as the Halifax staff were helpful. Poor choice of low grade, no doubt low cost contractors helping them keep costs down.
