I phoned up Halifax claims. Got this rude horrible girl at the end of the phone. i asked what my policy covered, she snapped and asked why i wanted to know. Bad service, . I dont know what training these people at Halifax recieve?? The same thing happened to me when i went into my
local Halifax bank in Crossgates Leeds. Rude ,antisocial service from the service assistants.
