Awfull , I rang up insurance claims ,Very bad stroppy customer service .It is the same with
my local Halifax bank in Crossgates Leeds ,Bad customer service. stay away from Halifax . I am going back to my old insurance company. I have now cancelled my DD Debits with Halifax .
