Effectively this is a LV policy without the normal overheads and therefore is much better value than the equivalent policy direct from LV. I had a LV policy for many years and had assumed that they would reward my loyalty. I was not amused when I discovered that this was not the case. A discussion about this with a member of LV staff brought forth no apology.
