Awful service ... passed from pillar to post ... had one neanderthal who barely grunted at me ... and never confirmed that I was speaking with Allianz on behalf of Halifax Home Insurance.
In the end I was told to phone back tomorrow ... sure because a fire isn't am emergency!
Plus they seem to do everything in their power to avoid paying out.
REALLY REALLY UPSET!
