Absolute joke.
Trying to sell my isa whilst I've actually got something in it. On hold for two hours now. Branch staff can't/won't help as they "don't have any financial advisers in store" but there's leaflets all over this branch selling you a mortgage. Exactly how does that work if there are no advisers!!!! Seems there are when you're setting up and buying them!!!!!!!
Just been told I've lost 8k and now in another queue loosing more money whilst they "find" someone to "help me"
