I have mobile Insuarance with Halifax which is managed by LSG. 100£ for access fee and won’t send replacement until you send for assessment faulty handset. This is absolutely outdated business model with high access fees.
LSG advised to buy other handset or borrow while replacement 3-5 working days will arrive. What a nonsense is this?
