Do not purchase Halifax building and contents insurance. They State UNLIMITED I quote from their policy By UNLIMITED "We mean we will pay the full repair or replacement cost.
This is false. They use a company called Subsidance management to do there dirty work for them. Subsidence Managment is a multi national company that is paid to keep supsidance costs to a minimum. They substitute your own policy wording with their own. Please don't take my word for this Google Reviews on Subsidence Management.
