firstly I was really impressed with the service, a phone call on a Sunday morning followed by a heating engineering arriving at 1600, he then fixed the part the next day.....
Well I still haven't got hot water and heating running together.
It have been phone call after phone call and I am talking 40 minutes plus on the phone.
No one has a clue what is going on, in fact I'm still HOLD!!!!
