Had someone call for an insurance quote which I didn’t ask them to do. Then they told me there was error on my insurance. Which I got corrected with my previous insurance company called them back. I was told the person dealing with it would call me bk as he was on lunch. 5 days later I am still waiting for the call back I’ve read other reviews regarding the advisor being on lunch and not getting call backs. Or silly mistakes with insurance
