One of my worst experience ever.I tryed to start a car insurance policy,they gave me quote,i paid them and then they call me in order to tell me me that i should pay around 280£ more because they do not accept my no claim bonus.Anyway,i refuse and then they charge me 26£ because my policy starts and they will refund my payment in 4 working days.
Not to mention that we were talking around one hour.
