The company is a scam! They retrieved my banking details and renewed my third party work insurance in August wihtout my consent. When I noticed they took money off me without my consent on theth of January, First day of national lockdown, they refused to cancel the policy. I explained I had been on universal credit since August, was looking for work, locked down at home with my child. They refused to cancel or freeze the policy. I had paid until the 26th of Janurary and they hadn't informed close brothers who runs their account. They cancelled the policy. Wanted £46 then now claim I owe £70 odd whilst I paid £16 a month for a self employed cleaner policy. I couldnt work safely from home since March 2020. They sit at home refusing to help those who are at risk of catching the virus at work, are stuck at home with a child. They didn't deserve the trust and business I gave them for a year, they renewed without my consent and harrassed me for money ever since the contract ended August 2020
