After waiting so long on the phone every time to speak with the correct department I was getting very fed up with them. Then after an accident they said my NCB was reduced from 9 to 6 years.
When it was time to renew I found cheaper and when I received a call from Be Wiser I was asked to hold on a sec whilst being transferred to the renewals department. This time became 4 minutes and on advising that I would not be renewing with them I was told NCB is only 4 years.
So glad to go elsewhere.
