My car's insured with BeWiser so I phoned in having a question about my night score and trying to explain the situation that I would need to take the car out in an emergency at night. A lady picked up the phone and said that I'm still allowed to take the car out but should keep in mind that my score will go down. I asked her another question after that, she has not replied, there was only silence until I saw that she has ended the call. Very disrespectful and rude person.
