Be wiser are without doubt the worst company ( not just insurance) that I have ever had the misfortune to deal with , you have to contact them if there are any issues however the call handling centre is in South Africa and the handlers have a very poor understanding of English or indeed customer requirements, they keep sending me WARNING Emails statements stating that I don’t owe them anything but still they come !!!! Ive sent recorded delivery letters which have never been answered, if you want to retain your sanity go elsewhere
