Do not ever use this insurance company! They are cheap for a reason- they use the most incompetent solicitor firm- The Carpenters Group. If you ever have to use them for any legal issues be sure to NEVER get closure as they are the most ignorant and inactive firm ever. I have been waiting for nearly a year to even receive a single email from them to update me on my case. PRA should not allow companies like these to practise!
