got a quote, paid deposit, received an email saying i had been declined and they had tried to contact me several times (they hadnt)
i contacted asking why as i have been driving 18 years, no claims and no issues, they had no answer - stated money had been refunded (it hasnt)
i can not take out another policy as they currently have my funds required to do this,
insurance required for the morning so will look forward to calling these clowns again bright an early
