When I renewed my policy last November I found John Lewis to be the most competetive and the most helpful. It was very easy and very quick to sort out and I was not on the phone for hours with endless questions. To date I have not had to make a claim so I cannot speak of that experience, I just hope that if in the future I am unfortunate enough to make some sort of claim it is not difficult and the usual thing of the company wanting your business but never wanting to pay up when needed!!!
