Provide a great first quote but the renewal leaps in price so I cancel the renewal and simply take out a new policy. It seems really stupid. Also, they would not insure my new puppy as it was not a recognised breed, a Schnoodle, schnauzer/poodle. Don't now if I will buy from them again
