Terrible - Their experts said the damage to my carpet was wear. Absolutely rubbish - included multiple photos disproving this. They also said the replacement cost was the same as the excess even though no one came to view the damage - remarkable? (Local firm quoted £1500 to replace the carpet, like for like).
This was the first time I have ever made a claim in 25 years.
Shocking - The insurance is not worth the paper its written on..... un-trustworthy.... and stay clear. Not the John Lewis of old.
