Purchased JL home insurance on 1/03/2016 and swiftly realised i had made a serious mistake.
Like a previous reviewer I got two different quotes on line, the£20 JL gift vouchers promised never arrived and a customer call back never happened.
When renewal is due, I will look elsewhere!!!
