Stay away.
My pet contracted cancer, and John lewis said it was a preexisting condition because he had a wart on his ear.
He's now had an ear removal, and they are refusing to re evaluate.
The thing is,it seems odd that they are up for renewal in February.
Therefore looks alarmingly like they are manipulating the rules so we have to renew with them, under vastly inflatable prices.
I'm disappointed you can't leave a negative score.!
I'm reporting them to ombudsman.
