Staff enter data - 'system' comes back with figures double that expected. Staff unable to say why. Managers asked can never give actual figures or breakdown of
costs just say what is supposed to be included but will not or cannot give actual figures. The 'system' is clearly getting figures wrong and staff not competent to give simple information. This was my experience trying to assist an old lady.
