Awful service. I sent all the necessary documents to close the account of a recently deceased friend early in April. JL still took payment for home insurance this morning. I have emailed a complaint to them today. Let's hope they get it right now with rapid repayment. Will keep this site updated. So frustrating and such a waste of my time when I have enough to do closing her affairs.
