Utterly lamentable. Each month they tell me my payment has failed, they send letters. My payment method remains the same. Each month they apologise. The next month it happens again, same process. Going on for the last 8 months. 35 emails, 12 phone calls, they have sent me 16 letters. The situation remains unresolved. John Lewis need to ditch this company as they are tarnishing their name. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Just awful
