My home insurance came up for renewal and they wanted a 35% increase. To add insult to injury John Lewis use the hood group to deal with their insurance. Trying to speak with someone to discuss how they can justify such an increase, is next to impossible. This speaks volumes if you ever need to make a claim. They are next to useless, and if I had known this from the start I would never have insured with them. I would urge EVERYONE DO NOT TAKE HOME INSURANCE with them.
