Awful customer service. Was out in a hotel for a month whilst a ceiling was replaced. The coordinator was obsessed with saving money but the management of the project must have wasted thousands!
The building work was awful and the builders were little more than amateurs. They didn't rub down paintwork or remove radiators. Caused damage and even put silicon around Bath panel without taking plastic covering off. My sofas were ruined by dust due to builder not covering them up. I could go on. Worst part was no one responded to my concerns.
