I took out Holiday insurance with John Lewis after struggling to find a company who could cover the cost of the entire holiday should something go wrong. The holiday cost over twenty thousand pounds so it was essential to get the right cover.
Whilst away we did have to call the doctor to see my son. On return I contacted John Lewis, they were incredibly friendly and extremely professional and my claim was dealt with and paid out within this one phone call. Flawless service and I will definitely be renewing this policy when it finishes next year.
