My policy said I had breakdown cover selected so for 3 years I renewed the policy. Then when I needed it I am told "selected" doesn't mean it is selected at all. Oh no, it has to have a tick alongside it.
Pity I am not telepathic.
A plain English policy? Wholly misleading.
