Like so many others on here, premium on renewal is up more than 25% with no willingness to budge (I've not claimed, thankfully, in the three years they've insured us)
I could do without the hassle of changing but the increase is over £200 (I live in London so the cover was already expensive) so will have to.
Avoid.
