I was involved in an accident which was not my fault. John Lewis was extremely professional,organised the repair and a Courtesy Car. There were no problems, the repairers were local and kept me informed and, had I needed it, there was a firm organised to reclaim any expenses and deal with any injuries . Fortunately I did not need them as all was well.
