I have been with Lancaster since 2022 and never had an issue. It's 2024 they are suddenly unable to provide me with a renewal quote. After calling I found out that I cannot get insurance (unless I want to pay over £1000) due to the fact that I only have an MGB and no other vehicle (seriously, WT actual F???). It's also suddenly parked in a car park according to them (none of my details have changed since 2022). After 5 minutes on Go Compare I insured my classic for under £300. I'm not sure what has happened to Lancaster in the last year but they have lost my business for life.
