Dreadful Company. They give a quote then renege on it and charge a policy amendment fee.
Please bear in mind they also use Kinetic Insurance Brokers with Allianz , who will also charge you a brokerage fee.
Go to a reputable Insurance Company direct and save unnecessary fees and commissions.
