Refused to pay out on a claim after storm damage on roof because my property was well maintained. A tile from my roof caused damage to my neighbours property. They said they would have paid out if my property was not maintained to a reasonable standard. Yet they have been taking money from me for years. This was my first insurance claim. I have now to settle with my neighbour myself. Honestly doesn't pay with Legal and General. Avoid at all costs.
