2 small work place saving plans. I filled in L&Gs in 2019 and again in 2020 instructing them to pay the full amount on 10th Dec 2020.
They failed to do this, they have admitted they made a mistake but have now said I need to answer a 20 min phone call instead of filling forms (which I already filled out twice and they have them on file. They have also stated that payment could take 5 to 10 days, this on top of the already 8 days late
