I had Home Insurance cover with L&G for about 6 years which I wanted to discuss as I've not had any paperwork or emails such as renewel documention etc for at least the last 3 years. I have just tried calling and after spending the last 45 minutes on hold with no luck in speaking to someone have completed the online request form. Apparently I will get contacted in the next 48 hours but I'm not holding my breath.
My issue is non urgent but if this is how poor customer service is I will just cancel the direct debit and take my business elsewhere
