Appalling customer service.
I’ve been trying to access some of my savings since 19th March. every time I phone I’m either told the forms will be posted or they have printing issues, almost a month now and still no withdrawal forms have been received.
My email complaint was acknowledged but nobody has bothered to contact me.
I emailed again asking how to escalate my complaint, but again nobody has contacted me.
They like taking money but not paying it out - it’s actually MY money.
I will be contacting the financial ombudsman forthwith.
