As I have already reached my pension retirement age and have tried to draw my pension I started the process in June and the only corespondence I have had is me calling them numerous times with no resultant pension. I have requested management to call me but still no phone call.
This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with and rue the day I took out my pension plan with them
