Absolute nightmare. Trying to get my pension pot from them, spent hours on the phone,put on hold for more than 10 mins every time, gave me wrong information, and when i asked for their complaints no, they said they didn't have one, so i have now reported them to the financial ombudsman.
Absolutely terrible customer services, put through to wrong depts, spent hours on hold, and when i asked for a customer complaints dept, they said they didn't have one so i contacted the financial ombudsman. Really stressful experience. I only rated them one on trustpilot as they didn't have a zero.
