If there was a negative i would out it!! My shower leaked this morning bringing down the ceiling.
As a result my call they say I will have to pay to take out ant replace the shower cubicle the tiles the ply wood.
Wait for this they will pay to fix the pipe (a 5 minute job) and the ceiling perhaps.
I then asked to speak to a manager who will now ring me back in 24 hours.
ABSOLUTLY UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
