Like many people here, I have found the performance of this company to be absolutely shocking. Unfortunately, my company have selected L&G to manage the pension fund. It may just as well serve as an account to deposit money into as the returns over the last 6 years have yielded under 4%. When you read about some of their investments and the losses they have continued to make on investments such as housing, I guess it is not surprising.
