They are withholding the pension payments paid to my daughter now she has turned 18. This is her late fathers money that has been paid for the last 9 years. Her policy states it will pay out until she is age 23 if she remains in FT education. They had proof from her school, I have phoned and written letter but they still owe her 9 months of money. Just written a letter of complaint. Not sure how she will afford accommodation at university without this money. They are apologetic and convincing on the phone but cant actually make the payments.
