Reported a claim and 2 weeks passed and heard nothing called them again to be told someone would be in touch within 24 hours that was a monday by friday still no call. I called them again on my dinner hour to be on hold for 52 mins on a premium rate call to be told sorry wrong department so called again to be messed around and put through to wrong department another twice. This company take your money but arent there to help when you need it. The attitude of the advisors and the knowledge is non existant i will think again when renewing my insurance.
Very poor customer services they should be out of business
