Shame I can only go as low as 1 star. My wife pushed a window too hard trying to open it. A hinge broke and the whole assembly fell onto a lower roof ,breaking tiles, before bouncing down onto our car bonnet causing severe denting. The assessor BVS before even looking closely stated that the problem was due to faulty parts therefore was "not an accident". therefore they wouldn't pay for the car (circa £500 to fix) or the window another £450. but were willing to pay for two tiles at £67 but I would have to pay £200 excess plus loose my many years no claims bonus.
